James Bulger House - the Red Balloon in Merseyside

As a memorial to James Bulger, Red Balloon is opening a Learner Centre in Merseyside within the next six months. This Centre will offer a safe learning environment to youngsters who have been so badly bullied that they are unable to go to school. Once they have recovered from the effects of the bullying, they will return to mainstream school, or enter college or employment.

Donations towards the purchase of a house for the Centre may be made by contributing to the James Bulger House Appeal, via our Donor page.
