Red Balloon - Warwick succeeds in gaining permission for "change of use"

Warwick District Council has a planning policy which does not look kindly on"developments" in any other villages than five, which do not include Shrewley (which is where Northleigh House is situated). So we had to enlist the support of District Councillors to vote against the advice of the planners and grant us permission for change of use. They came to the party, and we're now pushing ahead, hoping to open in the spring.
