- You don't have to put up with bullying, but you probably already know that!
- Bullying is hard to deal with. You probably know that too!
Have you told anyone? They may not be able to help, but they may listen and share your pain. There are many websites from which you can get good advice and information about what to do if you are being bullied. Some sites also offer help and advice on a number of other issues that affect children and young people, from drugs to eating disorders and your emotional health and wellbeing.
Here are some of them:

Red Balloons are set up to offer you a safe place where you come every day, meet other children (there are no more than 15), have lessons with kind teachers who work with you on subjects you’re interested in. You will become more confident and make friends. There are six Red Balloons, so if you live near Cambridge, Liverpool, Norwich, Preston, Harrow or Warwick, it may be possible for you to go to one.
Tell your mum, dad or carer about these centres, or call Red Balloon on 01223 366052.
